Who is Pawsibilities?
Pawsibilities is a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the recruitment and retention of underrepresented groups into the veterinary profession. Pawsibilities is a web and mobile platform designed to connect individuals from underrepresented backgrounds interested in the veterinary profession to both opportunities available and to potential mentors and advisors within the field.
Who is it For?
Pre-veterinary students, veterinary students, veterinary technician students, veterinary technicians, and veterinarians from underrepresented backgrounds. We aim to increase diversity based on disability status, ethnicity, gender, non-traditional path, race, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, religion, and veteran status.

Create a Pawsibilities account
Complete the required training
Enroll in our Intro to Inclusive Mentoring training. The training consists of a 1 1/2 hour-long video with questions to test your knowledge. It can be found under the Learn tab.

Once you complete the training follow the instructions at the end of the training to create your mentor/mentee account!
